This depends on the size of the prize and the location of the winner. We aim to deliver prizes within 7 working days of the winner being announced.

All draws are performed live on Facebook. To verify this the presenter will interact with people in the chat. Our number picker is totally random and nothing can influence the outcome of a live draw.

Your order will show as cancelled if you did not complete the payment, or if your payment failed. Orders are automatically cancelled after 10 minutes if we do not receive a successful payment.

In the unlikely event where all the tickets are not sold within 7 days then the competition will be extended by a further 7 days. This roll over process can happen a maximum of four times in line with our T&C’s and in the extremely rare circumstance that it did not sell out within this time a cash alternative will be awarded to the winner again as outlined in our T&C’s

We run prize draws which are fully complaint with the Gambling act of 2005. We have 5 star reviews on Facebook, Google, and Trustpilot. These are built up from customers that play regular competitions. We do all of the draws live on Facebook for everyone to watch.

We do the draw Live on our Facebook page for everyone to see. We use a random number generator to determine the winner, we will show you how the random number generator works prior to drawing the winning number. We also prove we are live by reading out comments and answering customer queries as we go.

One entry per postcard. All free postal entries are processed exactly the same as paid entries via the website. Please note: You must register for an account online before sending postal entries. Postal entries received without a registered account cannot be processed. You must add your billing address to your account in order for your entries to be processed.

All postal entries must be sent on an unenclosed postcard stating: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Full Address, Competition, Answer To Competition and Agreement to T&C’s. All details needs to be either typed or very clearly written, we cannot enter you into the competitions if we cannot read your writing on your entry. If we receive 1 postcard in the post containing multiple entries this will not comply with the above terms and conditions.
